This commutative yoga series
is great for all levels students, as well as those fairly new to yoga.   This class will be a general, multi-level Hatha Yoga class. The students can request what they would like to work on and practice with the group. The AM Series tends to be "community" in and of itself! (very welcoming and friendly, like the studio itself :-)
If you are a early morning person with an interest in yoga, please give this fun, early risers group a try!

A committed,  routine yoga intensive series enables the student to deepen their knowledge and practice of yoga. The monthly series; having a beginning and an end, allows the opportunity for the student to see their progress. Also, along with this early AM discipline, strength, flexibility, and an increase of productive energy is generally noted.

Please pre register by sending or dropping (mail slot on door can be used ANY time) off a check or cash for the full amount, or a $50 deposit, to the address below. Please put ATTN:  "AM Series" on envelope.   You may also register by paying the deposit on line with Pay Pal.

If you do not pre-register and show up the first morning of the series, you are certainly welcome to join us, (as space permits) but an additional $5 will be added. Pre registration is greatly appreciated! We thank you all very much.

About the Instructor:
Jennifer Abel strives to bring her enthusiastic and mindful attitude to students who search for a whole-body approach to health and wellness. Her classes emphasize breath-work and explore the strengthening and opening potential of each pose. She believes it is important to bring a sense of humor along with your mat to class. Jenn is particularly interested in yoga as an effective method of cross-training for athletes, and as a powerful way to stay centered and grounded in our daily lives. She’s also a yoga prop geek!

Jenn first encountered yoga when her mother forcibly dragged her to a class at age 18. That day, she was hooked! Jenn soon found her life transformed by yoga’s ability to both heal and create powerful communities of like-minded folk. She is certified by the Yoga Works 200-hour program, and will soon complete her certificate with Street Yoga of Portland, OR.
